Matt surprised Danika today on her 25th birthday and treated her to a ride at Backcountry Saddle Expeditions… she had no idea what he had planned for her big day.

Matt (the hero) has a whole heap of other activities organised for the day… what a gorgeous couple on the most gorgeous of Cardrona days!!!

Ange and Bonnie came back riding as promised and bought along Rowen.

This time however the weather was amazing!!!

Awesome family and they all loved their travels in New Zealand so much that they’ve extended their holiday…

Had a mum (Ange) and her 9 year old daughter (Bonnie) from Perth  riding today. It started snowing… in fact “dumping” down… they loved it (although at one point I wasn’t agreeing with them!!!) but when you have such excited people about you in positively adverse conditions… everything seems rosy!!!

They had never experienced snow falling or the painful sensation of frozen hands coming back to life and slowly getting warm (all stuff we take for granted in New Zealand)… they were all new life experiences for them and they loved it!!!

So good they want to come back before they head back to Aussi… awesome!!!!

I seriously hope we have a blue sky, snow topped, dry day this time!!!
